1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and The Telvo ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our enterprise outsourcing solutions and our website. By accessing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Enterprise Solutions & Services

The Telvo provides high-end BPO and outsourcing services, including but not limited to customer experience optimization, outbound revenue acquisition, and back-office infrastructure support. The specific scope, SLAs, and operational parameters of services provided will be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) negotiated with your enterprise.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and our proprietary processes, methodologies, software, and operational frameworks are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us.

4. User Representations

By using our services or site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your enterprise.
  • You will not access the site or services through automated or non-human means without our express permission.
  • You will not use the site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Your use of the site will not violate any applicable international, federal, or state law or regulation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our operational services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international commercial contracts, subject to the specific jurisdiction agreed upon in your enterprise Master Service Agreement. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
